This includes a family or public viewing of the deceased. Following this will be a service, typically in the church or at the funeral home.

This would be followed by the burial and committal service at a cemetery.

The graveside service can be another selection. This many times would follow a time of visitation at the funeral home. The casketed remains would then be transferred to the cemetery where a graveside ceremony or life celebration could take place.

This service will be just like a Complete Funeral Service except cremation will follow instead of the casketed burial. The deceased will be viewed privately or publicly and can be accommodated by the use of a cremation casket (casket that is designed to be cremated) or even a rental casket may be used.

A memorial service is a ceremony that memorializes and honors the deceased after the body has been cremated. A memorial service has the same meaning of any other type of funeral service; honor and pay tribute to the deceased.

The memorial service often takes place weeks or even months after the death has occurred. A memorial service could be best described as a gentle mix of a traditional funeral and celebration of life.

The direct cremation service can be arranged as an immediate disposition of the body, most times it is followed by a memorial service at the church, funeral home or other location. This can be as simple as a family celebration of life, or an informal gathering of family and friends.
