Thomas H. Herman

Thomas Harold Herman, 82 of East End Mt. Rd., Mill Hall passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023 at the UPMC Williamsport Hospital.

Born April 6th1941 in Lock Haven to the late Harold T. and Leuretta (Weaver) Herman. On May 8th, 1971 he married the love of his life, Janie (Gotschall) Herman who he spent 51 years together with.

He is survived by his wife, a sister; Leotta Lanstrum of Ohio, a brother; Henry of McElhattan, along with several Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Kramer.

Thomas worked at American Color and Chemical for 15 years before its closing in 1982 as a draftsman. He worked 22 years at Alcan Cable before retiring after 22 years, retiring in 2003. He greatly enjoyed gardening and for over 30 years loved camping in his free time. He was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Blanchard.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17th, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Gedon Funeral Home & Cremation Services LLC, 121 West Main St. Lock Haven, Pa 17745 with Pastor Troy D. Kerstetter officiating. Family and Friends will be received in the funeral home at 9:30am until time of service on Tuesday.
