Rosalie A. (Barnhart) Long

Rosalie A. Long, 78, formerly of 45 Penna. Ave., Mill Hall, PA died August 6, 2022 at the Susque-View Home, Lock Haven where she has been a resident for the past several months. Born February 25, 1944 in Lock Haven she was the daughter of the late Frank and Evana Killinger Barnhart. On September 17, 2005 she married Kenneth W. Matter, Sr.  who survives at home.

Rosalie was a long-time employee at the Ross Library where she had worked from 1963 until her retirement some 60 years later. She had also assisted with the Clinton Co. Fair Association during the early years of the Fair’s growth. And Rosalie loved her cats

She is survived by: 2 Step-daughters: Jennifer (Michael) Feaster, Lewistown, PA and Tessla Matter,  Flemington, PA

                                1 Step-Son: Kenneth Matter, Jr. Jersey Shore, PA

                                7 Step-Grandchildren

                                4 Step-Great Grandchildren

At Rosalie’s request there will be no visitation or services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Clinton Co. S.P.C.A. through the funeral home.
