Lucille M. Tressler, 85, of Fox Hollow Rd, Mill Hall, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Gatehouse Divine Hospital, Williamsport. She was born April 8th, 1938, in Port Matilda to Elmer J. and Winifred Woodring Fultz.
Lucille retired from Penn State Agricultural Lab in 1990. She enjoyed her retirement in a great community of women who all lived at Fox Hill Apartments together.
Lucille is survived by a son Ronald (Pam) Harpster of Lake Port, Ca,, two daughters: Penny (Dave) Showan of Mill Hall, Colleen (Art) Tressler, of Dover, DE, six grandchildren, and a great grandson; Shepard Showan who she adored.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Ralph Fultz, George Fultz, and a sister Martha Kern.
Our Momma adored the Lord and walked out her faith daily for all to see. She left us with a beautiful legacy, something that has real value and cannot be lost or stolen. She loved her family and Elsa her beloved cat. She was fascinated with physical and mental growth and the rapid changes of Shepard each month. She would often get down on the floor to play with him, or they could be found spending time in the afternoon on the porch. Momma was a great listener, everyone always felt heard, seen, and loved after spending time with her. We miss her terribly but look forward to being with her again someday!
