Kenneth R. Flanigan

Kenneth Robert Flanigan, 72, of Lock Haven, PA ,passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at The Gatehouse in Williamsport, PA.

Ken was born in Lock Haven, PA on March 21, 1951 to Mary Kay Crissman Flanigan and Robert Frederick Flanigan.  He graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1969.  He later earned his bachelor’s degree in Earth Science from Lock Haven University and did graduate work at Penn State University in State College, PA.  Ken taught science for 35 years in the Jersey Shore Area School District in Jersey Shore, PA.

He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting and was involved in several organizations to help improve water quality and the environment.

Ken is survived by his wife, Carol and his daughter, Jessica.

There will be no services at this time.
