Keith A. Prough

Keith A. Prough, 68, of Lock Haven, PA passed away at home on March 14, 2025.

He was born in Lock Haven, October 1, 1956, to the late James F. and Evelyn Walizer Prough.  Keith had been a former member of the Charlton United Methodist Church.  He graduated from the former Lock Haven High School and the Williamsport Area Community College where he obtained a degree in drafting. Keith had worked in the family business, Prough Home Improvement Inc., retiring in 2023.

He enjoyed watching NASCAR, hunting, fishing, Penn State football, Steelers football, Pittsburg Pirates baseball, Clinton County Speedway, sightseeing with his dog, coffee with friends, or just a simple conversation over a beverage or two.

Survivors include two sons, Shannon K. (Jessica Galbraith) Prough and Chad M. (Crystal) Prough, a daughter, Rebecca (Matthew) Stover, two brothers, Gary A. (Carol) Prough and Steven L. (Cynthia) Prough and a sister, Sharon (Thomas) Logue.  Also 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Private services and burial will take place in the Rest Haven Memorial Park at the convenience of the family, there will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association in Keith’s name.
