Edith J. “Pat” Welch, 85 of Lock Haven passed away May 8, 2024 . She was preceded in death by James L. Welch, Sr. and a son James L. Welch, Jr. along with her parents and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by sisters Nancy Mecum and Mary Delaney.
