Deborah Kay Gallagher

Deborah Kay Gallagher, 51, of  Phoenix, AZ died on Monday, February 5, 2024 at her residence. Born on November 2, 1972 in Williamsport, PA she was the daughter of John and Marilyn Gallagher.

She graduated from Lock Haven High School with honors in 1990 and graduated from Lock Haven University in 1994 and attended West Virginia University.

Deborah was of Catholic Faith and a past member of the St. Agnes Holy Spirit Parish.

She was employed by the Nissan dealer in accounting and another accounting firm in Phoenix, AZ

Debra is survived by her parents and a brother, Patrick Gallagher of St. Petersburg, Florida and several aunts and cousins.

A Memorial mass for Deborah K. Gallagher will be celebrated Friday, March 1, 2024 , at 11:00 am in the Holy Spirit Parish – Saint Agnes Church, 3 E. Walnut St. Lock Haven.   Officiating will celebrant Fr.. Jim Crookston and Deacon Chip Young. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the services.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Gedon Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, LLC.
