David Webb Obituary

David T. Webb, 84, of Lock Haven passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022 at the UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport Hospital. He was born in Lock Haven on July 5, 1938, to James P. and Ethel Wilson Webb Sr.

Dave and his wife Judy had owned and operated Wolf Coal Company in Mill Hall and Flemington for over thirty years, he also had been involved with his father’s business J. P. Webb Road Construction and also David T. Webb Trucking.

Survivors include his wife Julia “Judy” Hefright Webb, two sons; Wade Webb, Craig Webb, three stepsons; Steve (Kathy) Packer, Tom Packer, Randy (Wanda) Packer, two stepdaughters; Judy (Gary) Miller and Robin Lawson. Also surviving is a Marietta (Jim) Bala, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by a son; Paul Webb and a brother; James P. “Bud” Webb Jr.

Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Gedon Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven.
