Charles H. Hassinger, Jr.

Charles H. Hassinger, Jr., 68, 300 Front St., Philipsburg, PA, formerly of Bellefonte, PA died September 28, 2022 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, State College, PA. Born September 7, 1954 in Bellefonte, PA he was the son of the late Charles H. and Alma Barner Hassinger.  Chuck was a 1972 graduate of the Bellefonte High School and had attended Williamsport Community College obtaining an Associates Degree in HAVC.

He had worked at Cerro Copper & Brass as a machinist, a carpenter for Barner & Kling and at Chem-Cut.  Chuck was a social member of the Philipsburg American Legion and the Eagles.  He had been attending the Bible Baptist Church, Philipsburg, PA.

       2 Sons: Timothy A. (Sarah) Hassinger, New York and Thomas Hassinger, FL.

       3 Sisters:  Jane (Denny) Tibbens and Mary J. (Ronald) Oswalt both of Bellefonte, PA and Teresa (Jeff)     Bartholomew, Williamsport, PA

       2 Brothers: Steven E. and Donald A. Hassinger both of Lewistown, PA

       His former wives: Debra Wilson and Sandra Ingram  

A celebration of life will be held October 23, 2022 from 2-4 PM at the Bible Baptist Church, 226 N. Front St., Philipsburg, PA 16866.
