Carol L. Richter, 75, of Lock Haven, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Gatehouse in Williamsport, PA.
Born in St. Catharines, Ontario, on September 12, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Marion (Mathison) Kuzmaski. On August 30, 1969, Carol married the love of her life, Paul M. Richter, who survives.
Carol was, above all, the best mom ever — her love and devotion to her family were unmatched. She cherished time spent on the golf course and was a proud and loyal Buffalo Bills fan, cheering them on through every season.
In addition to her husband, Paul, Carol is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline (David) Rogers of Irving, NY; her son, Ryan (Heather) Richter of Lake St. Louis, MO; her brother, Michael Kuzmaski; four beloved grandchildren: Andrew, Mathew, Nicholas, and Thomas; and two step-grandchildren, Willow and Meadow. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lorraine Lockstein.
In keeping with Carol’s wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Gedon Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC.
