Antonia (Toni) F Dutcavich

 Antonia F. (Toni) Dutcavich, 81, of Crestmont, Lock Haven, Pa., passed away at home on Aug. 7, 2025.

She was born in Lock Haven on Jan. 24, 1944, to the late Rockey and Lucy Grieco DelGrippo.

Toni was united in marriage to Robert J. Dutcavich on Jan. 11, 1967. Robert passed away on June 23, 2020.

Toni was a graduate of Lock Haven High School and had gone on to York School of Nursing for four years, obtaining her nursing degree. She had worked at the Lock Haven Hospital OR, Lock Haven University Infirmary and retired from the Susque View Nursing Home.

She had been an avid member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church and a member of the Alpine Star.

Survivors include a son, Michael J. Dutcavich, of Lock Haven; a brother, Rockey (Alice) DelGrippo, of State College; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Toni was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Robert J. Dutcavich, who passed away May 29, 1992.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Aug. 11, 2025, at 11 a.m., at the St. Agnes Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3 E. Walnut St., Lock Haven, Pa., with Celebrant Father Joseph Orr of the Holy Spirit Parish. Interment will follow at the St. Agnes Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received in the church one hour prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
