Anna V. Werts

Anna V. Werts, 97, of Renovo, Pa, passed away on August 14, 2025 at Homewood Nursing Home in Martinsburg, Pa.

She was born in Renovo, Pa to William and Maude (Wilsoncroft) Mills on December 30, 1927. She was a homemaker and enjoyed listening to country music, especially Allen Jackson, spending time with her grandkids, butter pecan cookies, and the occasion adult beverage.

Anna is survived by her daughter Roxanne L. Ehredt (Daniel) of Altoona, Pa, her son Raymond Werts (Phyllis), 17 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Charles D. Werts, her two sons, Charles and Regis Werts, her daughter Sharon (Werts) Summerson, and her two grandsons, Charles Ehredt and Ronald Downs Jr..

Arrangements are under the direction of the Gedon Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC., 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, Pa 17745. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Bucktail Medical Center where she stayed until they closed and Homewood Nursing Home for caring for her until she passed.
