Angeline Fedele Obituary

Angeline “Angie” Fedele, a lifelong resident of Renovo, Pennsylvania, entered eternal rest on May 21, 2025, at Bucktail Medical Center. Born on June 26, 1938, in Renovo to the late John and Mary (Campana) Fedele, Angie lived a life defined by quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering love for others.

She proudly attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School and lived her faith daily through acts of kindness, service, and selflessness. From a young age, she embraced a vocation of caregiving- helping to raise her younger siblings and later, countless nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Her gentle presence and wise counsel were a cornerstone in the lives of so many.

Angie’s heart was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. She loved reading, tending to her garden, completing puzzles, capturing memories through photography, and receiving thoughtful cards in the mail. She especially enjoyed sharing stories of her childhood on 16th Street and summer visits with her grandmother in Bellefonte. With a twinkle in her eye and a generous spirit, she brought warmth, humor, and grace to every conversation.

Those who knew Angie will remember her compassion, her unshakable patience, and her extraordinary gift of making everyone feel cherished. She had a unique ability to see the good in people and to love without condition. To be loved by Angie was to be truly blessed.

She is survived by her brothers John (Sandy) Fedele of Fort Wayne, IN, and Michael (Barbara) Fedele of Renovo; and sisters Cora King of Blasdell, NY, Frances Brennan of North East, PA, Margaret (Frank) Sutliff of Renovo, Teresa Fedele of South Williamsport, PA, Mary (Steven) Stone of Renovo, Ann Fedele of Renovo, and Catherine (Gary) Himmel of Renovo. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, each of whom held a special place in “GG’s” heart.

Angie was preceded in death by her beloved parents; her brother Salvatore Fedele; sister Louise “Carmie” Cool; brothers-in-law Gilbert King and Howard Brennan, niece Kathleen “Katie” Himmel; and great-nephews Gabriel Russell and Christopher Perry.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held Saturday June 21, 2025 at 12:00 noon in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Renovo.

In her memory, may we continue to live with the same quiet faith, generous heart, and open arms that Angie shared with everyone. She truly made the world a better place.
